- On which media can I watch the videos ?
All the videos are available in unlimited streaming (directly on the internet).
You can watch them on your computer, on your tablet or on your smartphone. As long as you have an internet connection, you can watch them anywhere in the world
(and, in option, you can even download them to watch them offline).
- Can I take the online courses even if I don't have much time ?
Yes, you can follow the program at your own pace. The videos are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in your member area, for an unlimited time.
- What if I am alone and don't have a partner yet ?
In my opinion, it is always better to learn on your own, with online video courses, than to learn nothing at all.
Until you find a training partner (friend, family or member of the private Facebook group), you can still learn some techniques through visual memory and solo training.
- Is there an age limit to practice self-defense ?
No. For me, there is no age to learn self defense, because there is no age to be attacked !
